Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable Belgian or European Union law.
1. Prices
All prices are net prices and exclude 21% VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Packaging, shipping and insurance costs are not included in the product price and may be charged separately where applicable.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Products
We make every effort to ensure that product photographs, descriptions and specifications shown on our webshop are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that products will appear exactly the same as shown in the photographs.
Illustrations, drawings, weights, dimensions and other product information are provided as accurately as possible but should be regarded as approximate.
When ordering electrical machines or equipment, please clearly specify whether you require a 110V or 220V version where this option is applicable.
3. Payment
All orders require 100% payment in advance.
Orders will be processed for shipment after full payment, including applicable shipping charges, has been received.
The goods remain the property of I.DAVID until full payment for the goods has been received.
4. Delivery
We cannot guarantee that every product displayed on our webshop will be in stock at all times.
Orders are dispatched as soon as possible after full payment, including applicable shipping charges, has been received.
We make every reasonable effort to process and ship orders promptly. However, delivery times may vary depending on product availability, destination, carrier and other circumstances outside our control.
5. Returns
Customers wishing to exercise their right to return an eligible purchase must notify us within 14 days.
Following notification, returned goods must be sent back within 30 days, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

In their original condition
In their original packaging
Please contact us before returning any products so that the return can be properly arranged and authorised.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where a refund of those costs is required under applicable law.
Returned goods should be adequately insured during transport. The customer is responsible for ensuring that returned products are securely packaged and safely returned.
6. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Goods
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery to ensure that all products have arrived complete and without damage.
If your order is damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us by email as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of receiving the goods, so that we can investigate and assist you promptly.

Notification within 24 hours helps us deal with shipping issues quickly and does not affect any statutory rights that may apply.
7. Warranty
Electrical machines and equipment are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of shipment, subject to normal use.
Repairs may be subject to shipping charges.
Any additional statutory warranty or legal guarantee rights applicable to consumers under Belgian or European Union law remain unaffected.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, I.DAVID - DAVTOOLS shall not be responsible for delays, failures, losses, malfunctions or other indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control or from the use of the website, products or associated services.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Use of the website and its associated services is at the user's own risk, subject always to any rights and protections provided by applicable law.
9. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law.
Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of this website, our products, services or these Terms and Conditions shall be handled in accordance with Belgian law.
Where legally permitted, disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp, Antwerp Division, Belgium.
Where mandatory consumer protection rules provide a customer with the right to bring proceedings before another competent court, those statutory rights remain unaffected.
10. Obvious Pricing Errors
Despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occasionally occur.
If a product is displayed with a price of 0 (zero) or with another clearly incorrect price, regardless of the currency displayed, this will be considered an obvious and manifest pricing error.
In such cases, no contract will be formed, and the order will not be processed or shipped. The customer will be informed as soon as possible of the error and the cancellation of the order.
